Live Music has the power to enhance or ruin your special occasion before it has started. I perform in all of the ensembles at Paul Smith music so this means that at the venue, you have a point of contact if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the musical support provided for your event. I can for example change the volume or even the repertoire.

Ensembles

Piano
I usually provide my own electric piano and only require a power supply to provide non intrusive music that you can talk over. If there is a piano at the venue or you have organised one especially, I would be delighted to use it if it is in good working order.

 

 

Saxophone
This is a solo act that uses backing tracks and requires a little more space for setting up. The repertoire is huge and varied and is suitable for livelier background music which can be danced to. A power supply is required.

 

 

 

Jazz Bands
P R Jazz is a quality quartet providing swing and jazz classics from the 20th century with foot tapping enthusiasm.
For the more intimate occasion the duo made up of piano and saxophone would be ideal.
Trading in Jazz is an energetic seven-piece Dixie Jazz band providing an infectious party atmosphere your guests will be commenting on long after your special occasion has finished.
